California Concept – Desert Modern

The California Concept is the most contemporary design in the DOG N DA HOUSE family. Its clean, horizontal flat-roof silhouette is inspired by modern residential architecture — restrained, confident, and unmistakably premium.
The roof extends forward to shelter the outdoor terrace, creating a naturally shaded lounge area at the front. The rear sleeping compartment — separated by an internal wall with an open entrance — provides a protected, well-insulated retreat. Natural ventilation flows through the open entrance.
Like all DOG N DA HOUSE models, the California Concept is manufactured as a single composite shell: a 50 mm XPS foam core laminated with fiberglass and finished with durable gelcoat inside and out. Lightweight, waterproof, insulated, rigid, and easy to clean.

Fully furnished.
Every California Concept includes two full-size custom-fitted cushions: an outdoor lounge cushion covering the entire terrace, and an interior sleeping mattress covering the full floor of the sleeping area. Both are removable, washable, and made from outdoor-resistant, quick-drying materials.
